We are a company that operates in the field of 1/43 scale model cars, with an active and extremely dynamic structure. Our job system is completely oriented to provide an "ALL INCLUSIVE" product. Such formula minimizes production time and costs, and offers a single intermediate for every customer, providing quality products at competitive prices. Each and every elaboration phase is carried out within our production units, from the planning to the realization of the final product, ready for delivery. We explain you how…

We start from choosing the accurate model car to work on, based on the historic importance and lack of presence that model has in the market. In fact, almost every model of TMC is unique.

Afterwards, the production of the model car begins: the PROTOTYPES are made by our two prototype specialists, who execute everything from the realization of the car’s body to all the pieces that compose it.

Then, the fundamental phase is carried out: the PRODUCTION, which is done in other unit of our company. Here, the latest technologies, which are continually developing, are applied to obtain a high quality product. Specialized personnel follows attentively the execution of the MOULD, the CASTING of the bodies of every car founded in plastic through machinery-press.

Afterwards, the bodies of the model cars go through the PAINTING division through fundamental processes we render shine to our model cars. Our painting is composed by more phases, until the last one, where color is stabilized through printing the transparent one. Our unit of patented and secret painting can be compared to an operation room composed of two cabins of aspiration and an appropriate system of drying auto bodies (also patented) that establishes a constant temperature.

The ASSEMBLAGE of the model cars is executed in another division; then, it goes through the last refinements like the systematization in transparent glass.

From here, the SELLING phase is short. The storage and sales departments are connected in order to favor a quick dispatch of the orders.
